I just placed an online order for pickup. When will it be ready?

You will receive an email within 48 hours letting you know your order is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive this email before coming to collect your order. Our in-store team does not have the ability to fulfill online orders.

 

I placed an online order for local delivery. When will it be ready?

Please allow 72 hours for local deliveries. If you have any special requests please included them in your checkout notes or email us at info@wohshop.com. 

 

I placed an online order to be shipped. How long will it take to get to me?

Due to volume, please allow 5-10 business days for your purchase to arrive.

 

I have a gift card to your store. How do I use it online?

At this time, we do not have the ability to redeem gift cards automatically though our online store. When you are ready to checkout, send us an email via our contact page with your gift card number located on the back of your card. We will be able to process your gift card and email you any remaining balance. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working to make this a seamless process in the future.

 

I got an email saying I have an available reward, how do I redeem it?

You can redeem your reward on in-store purchases. Gift card purchases and other exclusions may apply.
